•Right Click on My Computer, click on Properties.
• Then click on the Advanced tab
• Click on the error reporting button.
• Select Disable error reporting.
• Click OK
• Click OK again

Disable error reporting in Windows xp
The error reporting feature of windows xp can be quite irritating at times. If you want to turn error reporting off, follow this procedure.
