Select the pen tool and click on the custom shapes tool on the tool bar on the top. You can find your shape in the list of available shapes.

How to create custom shapes in Photoshop
You can create your own custom shapes in photoshop and use them anywhere. To do this, just select the pen tool and draw the shape you want to set as a custom shape. When you are done with drawing the shape, use the path selection tool and select it. Right click on it and click define custom shape. Type the name of your shape and click ok.
